Hey! I am Amélie Bischoff, a political scientist, feminist, yoga teacher and meditation therapist. I love the sea and tranquility - this is where my creative juices flow. I have 500+ hours of training in Yoga (Ashtanga, Yin, holistic and trauma-informed yoga). I am also a meditation therapist and in training with the Neo Emotional Release Institute. Yoga was a life-changer for me as highly sensitive person, a people pleaser and ambitious person whose nervous system was constantly stressed. It really changed the way I relate to myself, moving towards trusting my intuition and my body. I am so passionate about sharing these powerful resources with others, to empower and inspire. So we all can depart from a connected sense of selfe to experience connectedness in community. I am so excited to share this vision and this project with Marlene and am so much looking forward to meet all of you!

Hello! I am Marlene Rose, an anthropologist, photographer and yoga teacher from Berlin. I have been a yogi for now seven years and it has changed my relationship to myself completely. Yoga is for me something that helps me connect my consciousness to my sub-consciousness, my body to my mind and my spirit to myself. Two years ago I embarked on my journey to be a yoga teacher, doing my 200h YTT in Portugal at the Sundari Integral Yoga School with Carmen Mitroi and Eugene Manole. I later continued with a 100h Yin Yoga training with Katrin Knauff at the Yoga Circle Academy Berlin, where I met Amélie this year. We connect in our love for South America, our holistic approach to Yoga as something non-competitive for everyone, our political views and have forged a growing friendship. This year I became a Women’s Circle Facilitator and will hold now spaces online and in Berlin. I feel the best within the realm of Yin Yoga and will enhance my knowledge in 2024 with a training in Restorative Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga. I am also looking forward to get more deeply into pre- and postnatal Yoga and do my 300h training.
